I had a dream that I was with a guy who had two wolves. One of the wolves was nice and the other kept trying to come after me. He lived in a cabin and we seemed to have a romantic connection. He might have been a hunter/gatherer but I’m not sure. He seemed gentle and kind. And in the dream I had to make a choice between him and my husband.
Dreams about animals, especially wolves, often symbolize instincts, intuition, and emotional aspects of ourselves. In your dream, the presence of two wolves may represent conflicting sides of your own psyche or situations in your life. The "nice" wolf could symbolize your protective instincts, loyalty, or a sense of safety in decision-making, while the aggressive wolf might represent fears, challenges, or unresolved conflicts that you are grappling with.
The romantic connection you felt with the man in the cabin may indicate a longing for deeper emotional connections or for qualities that you find attractive, such as kindness, gentleness, or a more primal, instinctual way of living. His potential identity as a hunter/gatherer might symbolize a desire for simplicity, survival, or a return to basic human instincts.
The choice you faced between this man and your husband could signify feelings of conflict or tension in your current relationship. This might not necessarily mean you are considering leaving your husband; instead, it could reflect a need to evaluate what you desire in a partner or aspects of your relationship that may need addressing.
Ultimately, this dream can be seen as a reflection of your inner struggles, desires for connection, and the complexities of love and commitment. It may be helpful to consider what aspects of your life you are wrestling with or what qualities you are seeking in relationships as you reflect on this dream.
